Roasted Tomato & Ricotta Dip

We’ve made a delicious dip that combines the holy trinity of plant-based ingredients: tomatoes, basil and our non-dairy Kite Hill Ricotta mixed together to bring you to the Mediterranean countryside. Our Kite Hill Ricotta combined with those simple ingredients make a dip that will entertain all your guests: vegan, plant-based, gluten-free and otherwise. Perfect to whip up for parties, a casual night binging Netflix or even a mid-afternoon snack! Our Roasted Tomato Ricotta Dip is easy to cook and delicious to the last scoop.

9oz cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 8oz tub Kite Hill ricotta
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper
Step 1.
Toss the cherry tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper, place on a sheet pan and put them into an oven preheated to 400F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2.
Broil Kite Hill Ricotta Alternative in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3.
Mix ingredients and top with fresh basil. Enjoy with slices of bread, crackers, or anything else you’d like to dip!
