YIELD: 9-12 pieces (depending on the cut)
TIME: 1 hour
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup Kite Hill unsweetened plain yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or melted coconut oil)
1 flax egg (2.5 tablespoon water with 1 tablespoon flax meal)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
Step 1.Preheat the oven to 350F and spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
Step 2.In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients and in a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Step 3.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined; fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.
Step 4.Pour batter into the pan and top with additional chocolate (optional.)
Step 5.Bake for 45 minutes and allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes before storing in the fridge. Enjoy!
