Savory Grain Bowl with Yogurt Dill Sauce

1/2 cup cooked farro
1/2 cup roasted or steamed seasonal vegetables (we roasted cauliflower and sweet potato with a drizzle of olive oil)
2 tablespoons micro greens
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (optional)
thinly sliced pickled red onion, for garnish (optional)
1 - 5.3 oz. Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Original Yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt + pepper
Step 1.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2.
Layer cooked farro in a bowl with your favorite seasonal veggies. Top with micro greens, pickled radish, sunflower seeds and a generous dollop of yogurt sauce.

Leftovers last in the fridge for a week.
