Kite Hill + Ally Love Protein Smoothie

Find our Protein yogurt made with almond and soy milk at a Sprouts or Whole Foods near you.

3/4 cup Kite Hill PROTEIN Yogurt (any flavor)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
1 cup strawberries (about 6-8, depending on size)
3/4 cup spinach (a small handful)
2 dates, pits removed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Step 1.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2.
Add 1 cup of ice if using fresh fruit.
Step 3.
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
