YIELD: 2 bowls of oatmeal
TIME: 5 minutes + overnight

Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoosn ground flax meal
1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Step 1.
Place all ingredients (except toppings) in a large storage container with an airtight lid. Stir until fully combined.
Step 2.
Close the lid and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).
Step 3.
Uncover, stir, and scoop desired amount into a bowl. and top as desired. For a thinner consistency,stir in additional milk.
Toppings: milk, nut butter, granola, fruit, flaked coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon
