Curried Chickpea Salad Wrap

2 - 15 oz cans chickpeas, drained
3/4 cup Kite Hill Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped radishes
1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
wraps, for serving
lettuce, for serving
Step 1.
Into a medium mixing bowl, pour the chickpeas. Mash about 3/4 of them with a fork, and add the yogurt, onions, celery, radishes, almonds, lemon juice and spices. Toss together until well combined. To serve, place a generous scoop of chickpea salad onto a wrap, add a little lettuce, and roll up to enjoy.
