It has all of the delicious creaminess of your typical cookie frosting, without any of the dairy. 2 (8 oz) tubs of Kite Hill cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar sifted
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Natural food dyes of choice
Step 1. Cream Kite Hill cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Step 2. Add in butter and beat until light and fluffy.
Step 3. Add in powdered sugar ½ cup at a time and continue mixing on a high speed.
Step 4. Add in vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Step 5. Add in natural food dyes as desired.
